Pawel Trela’s Nissan 200SX S13

Pawel Trela is undoubtedly one of Poland’s top drifters and he backed that up by winning round 4 of the Polish Drifting Championship a few weeks ago.

The former rally driver is drifting his way to the top in a beautiful Nissan 200SX S13. Let’s look into exactly what makes this car so special.

Weighing in at only 1090kg, Trela’s 200SX is powered by a 3 litre 2JZ engine with a Garrett GT3076R Twin Scroll turbo which is good for 550 bhp. The 2JZ is connected to a Nissan Skyline GTST RB25DET gearbox, custom driveshafts and a welded differential.
Apexi coilovers keep the car in balance while massive 350mm, 6 piston AM brakes provide the stopping power. A custom made hydraulic handbrake helps get the back end at Trela’s command.

Around the front sits a S15 converted front end, this combined with 50mm wide wheel arch extensions give this 200SX a truely unique look. Huge 18″ Rota GTR-D alloys (9.5″ on the front, 10″ on the back) paired with Federal 595 RS-R (235/35 R18 and 255/35 R18) tyres fill the arches nicely.

Inside the S13 sits a multi point roll cage wrapped around twin FIA approved Sparco bucket seats and Sabelt harnesses. Engine statistics are fed to a Race Technology DASH2 display unit located behind a Momo steering wheel. In the boot sits a 30 litre ATL fuel tank and relocated performance battery.

Without a doubt, Trela’s 200SX is one of the hottest on the drift scene right now, combined with a trophy winning driver, there is no doubt you will see a lot of this car in the future.
